• We apply payment in advance only, but do not send money before receiving an e-mail of confirmation.

  • We sell all our goods in its existing condition. If you have any questions, please ask Oliko for more information.

  • Postal/freight cost is applied on each order.

  • Oliko household goods are forwarded worldwide. We employ the Swedish Post for our services.

  • For COD goods that are not collected, a bill will be forwarded to you for our postal expenses.

  • Oliko applies a sale’s return within 14 days, according to existing rules and regulations. However, the postal charges will not be compensated for, and we will expect the goods to be returned in unaltered condition.

  • Please allow at least two weeks for expedition after purchase.

  • We accept cash payment as well as via our bank.

  • If you received goods that has been damaged during transport, please always contact Oliko. If Oliko is responsible for the damage, we will offer a refund. If the damage has been caused in the mail or in bus transport, then these services are responsible for compensation. Oliko wants to know what has been damaged and the exterior of the package, in order to avoid further damage in the future.

 

 

 

Oliko defines the products’ condition on a scale from 1-5, where 5 is top condition. All items are used, the terms below indicate the level of usage showing.

1 = Torn. Apparent deficiencies. Damage, wear and tear, defects, etc.

2 = Used. The product has clearly been used and has apparent dents, flaked colour, etc. There may be minor damage that will not alter the looks of the product . General wear and tear.

3 = Somewhat used, not quite new. Possibly general wear and tear without damage to the product. It may be slightly tarnished but the item is in overall good and usable condition.

4 = As good as new. There may still be evidence of usage but no apparent wear or defects.

5 = Top condition. Unused or in absolute new condition.
